I'm certainly glad to be catching up on all of these episodes in one day. I haven't started posting on ezinearticles just yet and then a few minutes later I see this new Word Press direct upload that you found - sweet!

Oh yeah, funny stuff as usual. You always keep the show fun, lively and kooky all the time.

You mentioned the "pay people to attend" during your presentation at BCBC. Awesome idea, and a killer way to get people in the door fast!

I hope that your nipple is fine. LOL you are such a dork. I have no clue where you get this stuff. I love watching the show at the end of my day because it is the best way to end my day. You are so funny.

I love the outside the box and I would love to give it a try in my boot camp class. We are doing our open enrollment in two weeks and that is a great way to fill the classes.

The recipe from last weeks show I tried with my daughter and she didn't like it. She said it was gross. I didn't know what to think. It was not bad but I would not eat it again.

Hello Curtis, I hope you are continuring too feel better. I loved the show I did submit my Address for the 19.9 cent post cards for my area. So please, please get me in there. Also do you think I could do the pay people to come and do a Free Workout at my Women only faciity which is all circuit training. I was thinking I could have the guest all come in at the same time to do the fitness assessment and workout together as a group class. Would love your opinion on this.

Thanks
Shelia

Curtis,

Great show this week. The 19.9 cent post cards are a huge hit. Our clients are slashing their marketing budgets by taking advantage of the lower rates. Thanks for all your help in securing the special discounts.

Great idea for a postcard offer! We do really well with bootcamps, but we don't really promote it unless someone comes in for a membership. We've been tempted to advertise the bootcamp as a standalone and the offer you suggested is perfect! Thanks a bunch!

And as for John's question above. I'd maybe start at $99/month. That's a popular price in competitive bootcamp markets, so it might be ideal in a lower SES area as well.

The question I have is not really related to your last show, but Im hoping you can help me out. I am about to start doing some fitness bootcamps but my situation is that I'm not really sure what to charge. I live in South Dakota and there are not really any fitness bootcamps running here to model against as far as pricing. The cost of living here is not as high as it is in some place's in the USA so I don't want to price it to high, but I also need to be able to afford to put them on. I really hope you can help me out here or possibly give me a resource to help figure it out.

Thanks,
John Mooney
