Kenny,
If your staff has fun with this and your members are responsive, you might try to align some type of dress up day every month or every other month. Time it with Valentines day, Fourth of July, Christmas, or any other holidays you can think of. It would be a good time to align a big referral program or promotion also.

Thanks Scott. I agree...though the quick videos are fun and provide good information (I still do these), a syndicated, consistent, higher quality program was what my focus group results helped me understand was needed. I appreciate the kind comments and I'm glad you're getting a lot out of the show.

Very cool. Thank you so much for sharing Curtis! Stories and the willingness to share is what separates good people selling good products/services from awesome entrepreneurs that inspire others to invest in excellent enterprises.

I wonder what inspired you to take the risk and share? It certainly takes balls to do this especially when applied to your biz when the results of “getting personal” aren’t always readily quantifiable in that data and numbers sort of way business leaders can get lost in.

What cannot be measured, but what is incredibly powerful, is the fact that both your story and your willingness to share it makes us “get” you now. We “get” where you are coming from, and where you are going and we want to be a part of it.

Just tell us where to send the check ;)

P.S. hope you liked be an amazing case study on my blog :)

Nice hearing some of your background. I actually lost both of my parents when I was a child. I was raised by friends of the family, and we were very poor. Through grants I was able to attend college and I didn't take the opportunity for granted. I have loved fitness for as long as I can remember, but I too knew that I didn't want to have the same lack of money in adulthood that I had in childhood.

Some say money is the root of all evil. I say lack of money is the root of all evil. Simply because money allows you the opportunity to relax. (which I'm still not very good at) If I stopped working right now, I have set up my business so that it doesn't need me. This has actually helped me be even more passionate about my business. Being able to take a birds eye view has helped open so many doors, many more than being stuck on the inside.

But I never forget the fact that our society is obsessed with money and I never forget what it's like to be without. It can be very cruel, but I feel it helped me be the man I am today. I've created a system to create that money, without always having to trade my time for those dollars. I am probably rambling, but your story moved me to share some of mine.

Forever a fan,

Eric
